We have launched a new product in our Food range - a label for use in Zebra printers. The label has a band of Retort Sterilization ink across the top and has a large area free for bespoke printing. This was designed in response to a requirement from one of our canning customers and adds a greater level of functionality and security in batch processing. Contact us for more information

Over the years we have developed a wealth of expertise in relation to printing and labelling. Temperature Indicators started life as a division of a labelling and packaging manufacturer in Lancashire. From these roots we have been able to offer a huge variety of bespoke labels and printed material for industrial applications.

Recent examples include:-

DuPont Tyvek® cards – an incredibly strong, non-tear material for aggressive process environments, DuPont Tyvek® is strong, lightweight, flexible, smooth, low linting, opaque and resistant to water, chemicals, abrasion and aging. Its unique combination of properties makes Tyvek® ideal for a broad range of applications from protective apparel, envelopes, sterile packaging, signs and banners, tags to energy saving housewrap. We can supply our Thermal Process Check mounted on Tyvek®.

Foil-Backed Process ID Card – These were developed for a cooked meats production line. Our customer required a mounting card that could be used to carry large amounts of information and also be picked up by metal detectors post-process. We therefore developed a bespoke card solution to carry indicators that monitored maximum temperatures throughout the process.

Sterilizer Cycle Label – Used in medical sterilizers to carry information on the sterilizer, date, time and the operator alongside our Decon sterilizer pre-wash indicator.

Paxar Dissolvable Labels – We have supplied these indicators for use in a wash process to carry pre-process information. The indicator dissolves completely when immersed in water, leaving no residue.
